Gerina-Piller

She was born March 29th 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Her birth name was Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson, the child of Mexican parentage Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. Her heritage is Mexican American however she has an American citizenship. Since her early years the desire for her to be engaged in sport was strong. Gerina began playing golf when she was 15. Gerina was a student at Goddard High School for her higher education in high school. In high school she won the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. She also had her volleyball skills recognised at a national stage. She attended the University of Texas, Texas, for the 2003 academic year. In her senior year, she took home the top prize in each tournament in which she played in. During the undergraduate seasons, she won as the conference's best player of season and UTEP's Female Athletic of the Year.
